These sides experienced mixed fortunes last weekend. That run includes impressive victories over the likes of Man Utd and Arsenal, while draws hosting Leicester and Liverpool are no mean feats. The Stratford based club will be desperate to end their three-game winless run and will not take Sheffield Utd lightly as they look to play on the front foot.
The newly promoted club played with their backs to the wall for much of their Monday night clash, and they’ll likely have to do the same again, but this time on the road, and we’re happy to back the Hammers to make it four wins on the bounce against Premier League newcomers under Pellegrini at this Stadium.

Ironically, the visitors have lacked a cutting edge on their return to the top-flight. Only two sides have netted fewer than them this term – Newcastle & Watford - though their defensive resolve is especially admirable, as they’ve conceded the joint fewest goals in the division alongside leaders Liverpool.
It’s unsurprising, then, to see that seven of their nine games this season have yielded two goals or fewer, including each of their last five, while West Ham have seen the same outcome in five of their last eight, so with ‘Unders’ at the longer price, we’re inclined to back the low scorer at a little under evens.
