Sunrisers Looking Dangerous
It seems as though the Sunrisers have plugged the holes that held them back last year, notably I shoring up their middle order as after David Warner, Jonny Bairstow and Kane Williamson, they had very little to offer in attack.
On top of that, they look to have one of the most menacing bowling attacks in the league, with Bhuvaneshwar Kumar back fully fit and ready to add to his 136 IPL wickets.
Rashid Khan and Shahbaz Nadeem are among the other dangerous bowlers that could line-up for the Sunrisers here, so it’s difficult to see where here weakness is.
Sunrisers To Beat Knight Riders
While KKR have a lot of talent at their disposal, they’re certainly not a team that has everything figured out.
Eoin Morgan and Dre Russell are the certainties in the middle order, though there are questions as to who will partner Shubman Gill at the top, while Lockie Ferguson and Pat Cummins may have to fight it out for the final overseas bowler slot.
On balance, it seems as though the Sunrisers are the more complete outfit at the moment, and the former of Jonny Bairstow in particular gives us enough confidence to back them to get their 2021 campaign off to a flying start.
