Ireland look to make it a clean sweep in their final fixture against England while France have the opportunity to equal their best finish to the tournament since 2011
With Ireland once again storming to victory last weekend against Scotland (28-8), and England’s abysmal campaign continuing, it means that one final win for the in-form Irish will lead them to grand slam victory. You can get them to do so here at rugby betting odds of 10/11.
Even though Ireland have managed to control this year’s championship, there is still a lot to play for. France and Wales have played some quality rugby so far and are both keen to finish strong. Italy’s pride is on the line, whilst Scotland have an outside chance to advance up the table - this match should be a great one to watch. ENGLAND vs IRELAND
With all hope of another Six Nations crown gone for England, and an overall extremely disappointing campaign, all England have left to fight for is their pride. If the English players can deliver a truly inspiring response to deny the Irish the grand-slam bragging rights, then just maybe all can be left in the past. Get England to disrupt the Irish here at 19/20.
Even so, this still many not be enough. Ireland have scored 25+ points in three out of five games thus far, showing they are more than capable of running riot once again. If they do just that, they have surely earned the right to call themselves grand slam champions this year.
