Bournemouth have slipped to 12th following a run of three consecutive defeats, leaving them with just the solitary victory in eight outings now (W1-D3-L4). However, all but one of their six defeats this term have come against teams eighth or higher in the table, while they also found the net in all but one of them too as they haven’t just gone down meekly.

However, that victory was their first win over Bournemouth at Selhurst Park in four Premier League matches since the latter were promoted. Given the Cherries are W4-D3-L1 this season when excluding the top eight in the table, they look like better value to get something from this clash.
Indeed, Palace’s two home wins this season have come over bottom-six outfits Villa and Norwich, while last term four of their five home wins came versus teams that finished 14th or lower.

Harry Wilson led an attempted fightback on Saturday at Spurs, though Jose Mourinho’s side held firm for the second week running to secure a 3-2 win.
The on loan winger now has six goals for the season, which is as many as Mo Salah from his parent club Liverpool has managed. That also has him as Bournemouth’s highest scorer so far this term ahead of strikers Callum Wilson and Joshua King – their only other players to have scored more than once this term.
Given he’s at a bigger price than either of them, as well as goalless Dominic Solanke, he’s certainly the pick of the bunch amongst the visitors to register at some stage.
