Liverpool finished top of their Group B after a 2-1 win against Milan on Tuesday night, they became the first English team in Champions League history to finish the group with a 100% win rate.
Bayern Munich and Ajax also accomplished this feat which means that it’s the only time that more than one team have finished with a 100% win rate in the groups.
