Liverpool are back in league action following their Club World Cup success in Qatar, but they still lead Leicester and Man City by 10 and 11 points respectively, despite having played a game less.
The Foxes missed the chance to close the gap as they went down 3-1 at the Etihad this past weekend, and it’s now three games without a win for Brendan Rodgers’ men across all competitions.
