Burnley have only won two of the last 15 head to heads with this weekends hosts and both of those came at Turf Moor, so the pendulum seems to be swinging heavily in the Foxes’ favour, though at the prices we’re inclined to look elsewhere to find some value.
Leicester’s bright start has landed them the early position of fourth in the table and their performances have warranted mutter that they could break the ‘Big Six’ mould this season. If we are to treat them in the same bracket, the ‘Overs’ market looks an attractive proposition.
Since 2016/17, Burnley have seen over 2.5 goals in 14 of 15 away games against teams that were in the top six at the time of the match, and even over 3.5 in seven of their last eight such encounters.

In form strikers certainly boost the potential for goals and Jamie Vardy has 15 in 19 games since Claude Puel was given the boot at the back end of last season.
Meanwhile, Ashley Barnes and Chris Wood dovetail nicely for Burnley, with one or the other finding the net in five of their eight fixtures, while Jeff Hendrick has thrown in a couple of recent strikes too.
With that in mind, we’ll look to the goalscorer market to find some further value. Vardy failed to bag at Anfield, though with his scoring record under Rogers he’ll likely not be out of the goals for long, though his price looks a whisker too short and instead it’s playmaker James Maddison who catches the eye.
The 22-year-old is expected to be feature despite withdrawing from the England squad through illness, and his presence spearheading the midfield will be a welcome sight for the King Power faithful. Indeed, no midfielder has greater than Maddison’s average of three shots per game so far this season, which rises to 3.7 when at home.
With two goals in his last two appearances, he seems to be picking up momentum heading into the winter months and looks well placed to add to his tally on home soil.
