The Dell Technologies Championship at TPC Boston takes place this weekend and acts as the second event in the season-ending FedEx Cup playoffs.
It is looking likely that 98 out of the 100 eligible players will tee off at TPC Boston this year. With Rickie Fowler still injured and Francesco Molinari taking a week’s rest, the best men in the world will compete for the $10million prize.

Brilliant Bryson
Following his victory at The Northern Trust last week, Bryson DeChambeau sits on top of the FedEx standings and has odds to win in Boston at 33/1, but there are a group of players who will do everything they can to prevent that from happening.
World number one Dustin Johnson is odds on favourite to win at 8/1 following his sublime year, and Brooks Koepka sits at 12/1 to earn his fifth PGA Tour win.
Last year’s winner Justin Thomas was player of the year in 2017 as he went on to claim the FedEx Cup. He hopes to become the first man to defend the cup and you cannot rule him out to do just that with odds at 9/1.
Rory’s Return to Form?
Northern Ireland’s Rory McIlroy won the tournament in 2012 and 2016 but has endured a challenging 2018 thus far and, having sat out the Northern Trust, has been working on his game to change the course of his year.
Coming close to winning The Masters and finishing second at The Open Championships, key parts of McIlroy’s game have deserted him of late, namely his driving which is usually his strongest asset.
Yet some time off to focus on these problems may be just what he needs, and he might be the man to beat in Boston in a bid to become the first player to ever win the Dell Technologies Championship three times, with odds for him at 16/1.
However, Tiger Woods may take issue with that, as he returns to Boston for the first time in five years as he chases his third FedEx Cup title.
Can Tiger Be Tamed?
Woods’ resurgence has been relentless of late, coming fresh off a runner-up finish at the US PGA Championship, and with three top-10s in his last four starts, it feels like his 80th career PGA Tour win is not far away.
Woods dominated the game between 1997 and 2008 and his new rise has bookmakers across the globe readjusting their stances. He sits at 20/1 to take the win in Boston.
Jordan Spieth very nearly took the title last year, just losing out to Thomas on the back nine, before going on to lose his strong hold on the standings in the season-finale at the Tour Championship in Atlanta.
Spieth will have the bit between his teeth this time out to right his wrongs and sits at 18/1 to bury the demons of 2017.
