James One Of The Best
Speaking exclusively to Genting, he said: “I think James is definitely up there as one of the world’s best right-backs.
“In terms of if he’s the world’s best? I can’t think of anyone better at the moment.
“For me, he’s certainly up there. He’s been brilliant.
“Reece James would be my pick [for England]. He’s the best all rounder, good at the back and extremely good going forward.
“He’s also got a much better delivery than he gets the credit for.
“In tight games, though, Southgate might want Trent to deliver a free-kick or come on and make a difference, but James for the majority of games with Trent as a great option from the bench.”

Alexander-Arnold’s form has dipped this season as Liverpool have struggled, winning just two of their first six Premier League games and suffering a humiliating 4-1 loss at Napoli in the Champions League.
Johnson believes opponents have identified the 23-year-old as a weak point in Liverpool’s defence and are focusing their efforts down his side.
“Trent is a target and every team has to find a weakness in a side and they are targeting him,” he added.
“He can defend, it’s just about concentration and positional play.
“Once he works that out it’s not that difficult as Liverpool have the ball most of the time and he only needs to switch on those three or four moments when the opponents are threatening.”
