A frustrating day for Leeds as they couldn’t get past a 10-man Arsenal team, although they did try their best with 25 shots and rattled the woodwork on three occasions. It was a missed opportunity though and they now remain in the bottom half of the table.

Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton side looked dominant for the most part in their victory over Fulham last weekend, but a Ruben Loftus-Cheek inspired comeback from the Cottagers saw them come up one goal short having also missed a penalty through Ivan Cavaleiro.

The Toffees will certainly take positives from that three pointer still, with Richarlison, James Rodriquez and Dominic Calvert-Lewis all back in the starting team and looking extremely dangerous and that scoreline could have been more than just the three goals.

Everton To Win And Both Teams To Score

Marcelo Bielsa will have analysed the Everton setup tirelessly and their high press will no doubt cause the hosts some problems. However, they’re on a run of W1-D2-L3 from their six matches since the start of October, including two defeats from their three winless outings this month.

Each of those zero pointers came by three goal margins too, as Leicester and Palace put four past them and we’d be concerned of their chances at Goodison Park.

Ancelotti’s men have won four of their six matches in all competitions here this season, as their sole defeat came against Man Utd without their star man Richarlison.

They netted an impressive four times in each of their three victories over Premier League opposition, whilst they also held Merseyside rivals, Liverpool, to a 2-2 draw.

That suggests they have the goal scoring ability to get past any defence when that aforementioned attacking trio are on the field, but they are a little susceptible to leak the odd goal or two the other end, with their sole clean sheet here this season coming in the League Cup against League Two side Salford.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin To Score Anytime

If we exclude the bottom three sides in the league who have a total of just two wins between them, Leeds have gone a poor W1-D2-L4 this term, conceding an average of exactly two goals per game and that’s unlikely to improve this weekend.

One man who will likely take advantage of that record will be Calvert-Lewin for the hosts. The England international is the only man to hit double figures in England’s top flight, and with a brace last weekend, he looks in extremely good form.

In fact, he’s netted in four of five home games across all tournaments, while he’s scored four of the Toffees’ last six goals at all venues and so we’d expect him to be odds-on to get on the scoreboard.
