With goals on the cards here, the goalscorer market opens up though without Sergio Aguero up top, Guardiola’s firepower is depleted somewhat, even if Gabriel Jesus is no slouch.
Chris Wood and Ashley Barnes offer up some interesting value, especially considering the former has six goals in his last seven appearances, though with him yet to break his duck against City we’re reluctant to get behind him, while the latter has scored just one from eight league outings against them.
Belgian international Kevin De Bruyne has been the star man for the Sky Blues this year, leading the assist table, while he’s also popped up with a few goals of his own recently scoring four from as many recent appearances for club and country, so we’re happy to go with the 28-year-old here.
