Your contract for gaming services via the new Genting Casino platform will be with Skill On Net Ltd and your previous contract with Genting Malta Limited for GentingBet services has now come to an end.

Unless you opted out of the migration to Skill On Net or your GentingBet account was already ‘closed’ or ‘suspended’ prior 23rd August 2023, you can Login to the new Genting Casino platform using your existing GentingBet account username and password. If you have received an account expiry notification message, this is because you did not log-in to the new Genting Casino platform to accept Skill On Net’s Terms and Conditions before 23rd February 2022. This means that your former GentingBet account, plus any account balances held have now been transferred back to Genting Malta Limited. Your account can no longer be used, but you can contact support@gentingbet.com to claim a refund of any cash balances held on your account. Genting Malta Limited holds player funds separately from Genting Malta Limited company funds in a segregated player funds account. This account is not subject to any trust arrangements and funds are not protected in the event of insolvency.

GentingBet will try to contact you to organise a refund if you still have money on your account. If you do not respond to them by 7th August 2022 to arrange a refund, your account balance will be transferred to Genting Casinos UK Limited to be held within a segregated player funds account for a period of 7 years from that date. You may claim a refund at any time during that retention period by contacting Genting Casinos UK Limited. Genting Casinos UK Limited holds player funds separately from Genting Casinos UK Limited company funds in a segregated player funds account. This account is not subject to any trust arrangements and funds are not protected in the event of insolvency.
If you do not contact Genting Casinos UK Limited for a refund within the 7-year retention period, any unclaimed funds will be donated to a safer gambling charity after the end of that period.

Your historic account transactions, including your previous gaming and financial records, have not been migrated over to the Genting Casino platform - please contact DPO@gentinguk.com if you require a copy of these.

If you have a complaint regarding your use of GentingBet services prior to 23rd August 2021, you can still refer these to the Genting Group by contacting support@gentingbet.com.
Any pre-existing complaints relating to GentingBet will also remain with the Genting Group and, where relevant, referrals to approved Alternative Dispute Resolution organisations such as IBAS will continue as before.
Any new complaints relating to Skill On Net Ltd and / or the new Genting Casino platform from 23rd August 2021 will be handled by Skill On Net Ltd in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Complaints Policy.

From 23rd August 2021, Skill On Net Ltd will act as a data Controller of your personal data in connection with your online account and your use of the Genting Casino site and platform.
Genting Malta Limited will also retain a legacy copy of your personal data after the closure of GentingBet for regulatory and legal purposes and to return any customer funds due to you.
